Started off spring break ’08 with my !!Bday Extravaganza!! Location: Yard House in Long Beach. That place was pretty cool. The wait was only an hour for a party of 12. Relatively short if you think about. Plus! My party planner, Kim, may have stretched the truth a little and said our entire party was present. In reality, 4 out of 12 were present. I’d say that saved us a good ½ hour to 1 hour. We wouldn’t have had to tell a little fib if they took reservations like it was reported on a review site. Our waitress was really nice and attentive. She also had a cool haircut! I couldn’t decide between the mac and cheese 2 or the maui chicken. Since I had mac and cheese for lunch, I chose maui chicken. According to Party Planner Kim and Photogenic G, mac and cheese was the way to go. Can you smell my regret? I can. I reek of regret! I love mac and cheese. Don’t get me wrong. My maui chicken was yummy! It’s just that mac and cheese is my fav! You know what also is my fav? Cheese cake! To my surprise and delight, the waitress brought out a bday cheese cake for me. Yea! I was nice and shared it with my party, except no one tried any. So rude! It was passed from one person to the next till it landed right back in front of me. It’s ok. More cheesecake for me!
