Loreal De-Crease Eye Shadow Base ($8.48) I was hoping for this lower costing eye shadow primer to work because I am tired of shelling out money for high end primers. I am sorry to say that L’Oreal’s De-Creae Eye Shadow Base failed. The primer only helped my eye shadow and eyeliner stay in place for a couple hours. After that I noticed creasing and fading. Besides the lack of staying power, I also noticed after I applied the primer, it dried to a powdery chalky finish. The drying finish accentuated any dry spots I had and made it difficult to apply eyeshadow and eyeliner. Truthfully, I did not notice a difference between using L’Oreal De-Crease Eye Shadow Base and not using a base at all. I wish I saved my $8 and bought something else.

Wow, thanks for sharing your review. I’d had several people recommend this primer to me to try. Most things crease on me, so I’m guessing this wouldn’t perform well after reading your review.
oo that doesn’t sound too good! esp since it wasn’t THAT inexpensive. Might as well use the ELF primer, which is only 1 buck!
I’ve heard bad things about this primer. thanks for the review!! Unfortunately, will have to pay for UDPP. I get mine at ULTA and always use the $3.50 off $10.00 coupon. It makes it more bearable price wise
ULTA lets you use the coupon on high end products? lucky! they never let me at mine
I’ve heard nothing but bad things about this product, but I love the Palladio Herbal Eyeshadow Primer!
OoOo where can i get the Palladio Herbal Eyeshadow Primer?
Ulta!
Thanks! I’ll drop by this weekend to check it out
Thanks for the review, saved my money
