EOS Lip Balm Smooth Sphere Review

EOS Lip Balm Smooth Sphere ($3.29) eos lip balm is 95% organic, 100% natural, and paraben and petrolatum free. Packed with antioxidant-rich vitamin E, soothing shea butter and jojoba oil, eos keeps your lips moist, soft and sensationally smooth.

My Thoughts:

I am quite the lip balm fanatic. I am almost never without one. So, when I spotted the eos lip balm sphere I had to have it.  The lip balm isn’t heavy or feel waxy. However, it wasn’t as moisturizing as I had hoped it would be.  The packaging is definitely a conversation starter.  The sphere shape makes it really easy to apply and it covers my entire lip. I like all of the scents and flavors that it comes in. They are not too strong and smell nice. I hate that I can’t slip this into my pocket because of its big size and odd shape. I also don’t like how when you get to the bottom of the lip balm it becomes flat. This makes it really difficult to apply. Would I repurchase? Chances are no. I feel it’s overpriced. There are better lip balms that are much cheaper.

  • I want to try summer fruit. I got tired of my melon flavor one.

I’ve never got around trying this lip balm although it’s received rave reviews from most people. I keep waiting for a sale, though I don’t quite think there will be one…oh well, I’ll keep waiting. xD

softlips (the brand) is best <3

  • I was so curious about these because of the look and smell of them but I was greatly disappointed after trying it. Since I tried it, I found that my lips were chapped and dry more than usual. I would have to use it constantly but I think it was making my lips chapped. I would unconsciously pick at my lips much more than I used to. Once I stopped using it my lips went back to their normal state. You made the right decision to not buy this balm again. :)

I’m a lip balm fanatic also :) I still haven’t tried this one though because I was afraid it just wouldn’t be as moisturizing as I need. I think I’ll still try it though..I really recommend CO Bigelow mentha lip balm
