My Thoughts:
For years, I have heard how wonderful and amazing Burt’s Bees Beeswax Lip Balm was so I finally decided to give it a try. I don’t think it lived up to the hype. I had to reapply every hour because the lip balm wasn’t very moisturizing. I think it was just too waxy. I felt the lip balm just sat on top of my lips instead of being absorb. Also, the waxiness made it difficult to apply, and I felt like I was tugging the lip balm across my lips. Not a smooth application at all. Besides that, I noticed the the minty tingling effect would dry out my lips. Truthfully skip Burt’s Bees Beeswax Lip Balm, because there are so many better and cheaper lip balms available.

I have to agree, when I got it I was expecting a whole lot more. I think your right about the peppermint, I might have to try in another scent/flavour. I always seem to go back to my Mor or Jurlique love balm.

i think people are nuts over it cuz it’s natural.
Yeah, it’s more hype than a good product. I think maybe they were one of the first to have that tingle in a balm so that’s what made it big at first.
im using the passionfruit one, coz it has abit of spf, i only apply it once in the morning before i go out..i cant wait to finish it actually lol
