My Thoughts:
A lot of people have been getting sick lately, and Spring (boo bad allergies!) is right around the corner. It’s just one big nasal problem. It’s even worse when it ends up ruining your makeup or preventing you from wearing makeup. Trust me. I know. The constant sneezing, the dripping, and the dryness. Yuck and not pretty at all! One way I combat these problems is by using Ocean Nasal Spray. I’ve been using this for years, ever since the days I worked at a pharmacy. What I like about Ocean Nasal Spray is that it’s a non-medicated saline spray. What does this mean? It means no gross after-taste, burning, or irritation. The sprays are really gentle. Perfect for you and the kiddies! There’s even an Ocean Nasal Spray made specifically for young ones! If you’re like me and don’t like the idea or feeling of water going up your nose, you’re in luck because the Ocean Nasal Spray bottle allows you to either spray, mist, or drip it.
If you suffer from sinuses, the Ocean Sinus Irrigation is perfect for you. It comes with two different attachments so you can use it either as a spray or a mist. It’s very quick and easy to use. No mixing involved! And just like the Ocean Nasal Spray, it’s a non-medicated saline spray.
A little side note: Even though I did receive samples, I was already using these products for years prior.

Here are some other ideas – these work for me! – to help keep you from getting sick:
- At least 500 mg vitamin C every day
- Use anti-bacterial gel or spray on your hands
- Coat the inside of your nose with petroleum jelly or similar before going to work/school/out/on public transport (train, bus, plane)
Stay healthy!

thanks for tips Soos! <3
I have this too, although I am still not used to spraying stuff into my nose. My dad told me to try the whole netti pot thing a few years back, it also worked magic to clear up sinuses, but i wasn’t very good at using it so it was a pain every time.

the netti pot is scary!
OOH! I could not do the neti thing, either, and I see I’m not alone! Saline sprays are a good alternative.

there’s one where you squirt it up your nose. that one doesn’t hurt, but it totally feels like water going up your nose. Yuck!
