My Thoughts:
Want to feel as if you’re taking a relaxing shower underneath a waterfall on a tropical island? Try Lanikai Bath and Body Pikake Body Wash, because that’s how I felt when I used the body wash. I sound like a commercial! But I’m not kidding. I really did feel as if I was bathing underneath a waterfall on a tropical island. The Pikake (the flower this is used to decorate leis) smell is light and sweet. I like that the fragrance was not overpowering. The body wash didn’t leave my skin feeling dry or irritated. After using the Pikake Body Wash, my skin felt very soft and smooth. If you’re ever in Kailua, Hawaii, you should drop by the Lanikai Bath and Body store and check out the Pikake Body Wash. You can also find their products online.

Pikake is the Hawaiian name for jasmine. It had something to do with Princess Kaiulani’s love of both peacocks and the flower. See another idea about peacocks in Hawaii here: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/41202996/ns/local_news-honolulu_hi/
White flowers are the most fragrant, and pikake and white ginger are among my favorites. Tuberose and gardenia are lovely, too. I’ve heard of, but not tried, Lanikai.
I will admit to having about a dozen body washes in the bathroom! And one bar of soap a gf just gave me. It does smell delicious: mango!
