Zoya Dannii – Zoya Nail Polish in Dannii can be best described as: Medium orchid purple with pink and champagne highlights and flecks of silver metallic shimmer. A unique metallic with a pop of fun color to keep your look fresh.
Zoya Jules – Zoya Nail Polish in Jules can be best described as: A sparkling neutral light taupe with gold, silver and champagne metallic shimmer. A new modern metallic that gives an ultra-luxe look.
Zoya Caitlin – Zoya Nail Polish in Caitlin can be best described as: Smoky purple-tinged medium gray with smooth, opaque creme finish. Sultry, mysterious and impossibly chic, a shade that will have everyone intrigued.
Zoya Dove – Zoya Nail Polish in Dove can be best described as: Soft, delicate light neutral gray with an opaque, glossy creme finish. Unexpected and flattering as a wear-with-anything neutral with a twist.
Zoya Marley – Zoya Nail Polish in Marley can be best described as: Lightest baby lavender touched with a hint of gray-silver and a subtle pearl finish. A versatile, easy to apply and wear pastel shade that’s never chalky or harsh.
Zoya Gemma – Zoya Nail Polish in Gemma can be best described as: Light muted olive green with an overlay of blue and violet duochrome shimmer. Unique, hip and cutting-edge yet subtle enough to suit any wardrobe.
My Thoughts:
Both Dannii and Jules are chock full of metallic shimmer. When you remove both these shades, you’ll end up with traces of shimmer left behind. It’s like when you remove shimmery eyeshadow. It’s a bit annoying, but not difficult to remove. All of the polishes, except for Marley, have a thin consistency and need at least 2 coats to get the color in the bottle. Marley has a thick consistency. Half the colors (Dannii, Gemma, and Jules) have a metallic finish while the other half (Caitlin, Dove, and Marley) have a creamy finish. None of the shades are sheer. They are all opaque. I am not disappointed with Zoya’s Intimate Collection at all. I love every single color!

omg when did you buy the whole intimate collection!!! I love dove and caitlin.
as soon as i could get my hands on it. i just feel in love with the colors!
dannii, jules & dove are my faves
i love jules and dove too!
OMG, I must get Danni – and Dove, wtf? When I first saw swatches I loved it, but when I got the plates from Zoya I thought it looked kind of ugly. But now, looking at your swatches, I love it again! Do you have the plates, and if so, is the color accurate?
I do have the plates, and my swatch and plate are pretty similar. My swatch wasn’t as dark as the plate though. I don’t know if it’s because I only did 2 coats. I don’t know how many coats the plate is.
I don’t know if it helps with your decision or not, but Dove is one of my favorite colors out of all of them.
Hmmm … the darkness of the color on the plate was my main issue. Great – now it’s back on my loooong wishlist ^.^ Thanks!
you’re welcome
Very soft and unique collection – I love Jules and Caitlin! Any idea how Gemma compares to Essie Sew Psyched?
I don’t know how it compares. I’m sorry. Now you got me curious! Haha
I can’t believe you got the whole collection! Now the problem is choosing which to get! I have the plates but it is still hard to decide. Which two would you rate as the least liked if you ranked them?
I don’t know! Haha if I had to pick, I would pick marley and gemma
gross cuticles.
Thanks for noticing
those are gorgeous colors!
