About Isabella

Isabella has been beauty blogging since she was a student at University, writing for she now takes an interest in all cosmetic surgery procedures from surgical to non-surgical.

What are the benefits of facial toning?

For many Britons, life has never been busier or more stressful. As the country deals with the after-effects of the recession, many of us are juggling longer hours with our family lives – and trying to deal with wage freezes, government cuts and VAT rises stretching our household budgets. With so much stress to deal with at the moment, it’s no surprise that many of us are feeling the strain – on both the inside and the out. If you’ve been getting less sleep or working harder than ever, this will often show in your face, where crow’s feet, tired skin and a dull and drab complexion can be a real giveaway. If you’re approaching your twilight years, a loss of muscle tone in the face is a natural process, but it can also be caused by genetics, your life style or a recent weight loss.

However, there’s no need for things to stay this way. If you’re looking to wind back the clock – and perhaps give yourself a little treat after all your recent hard work keeping your family afloat financially – a facial toning treatment could be just what the doctor ordered.

There are numerous different types of facial toning procedures out there at the moment, but one that’s becoming increasingly popular is CACA facial toning. This is  non-surgical procedure which helps to tackle loss of muscle tone in the face, revealing a fresher and younger-looking you after a simple procedure. Safe and painless, it gently tightens and tones your face using the special CACI process.

The treatment works by gently manipulating all 32 of the muscles in your face. Using soft cotton-tipped wands, tiny micro-currents of energy are applied, to carefully re-educate the muscles. One of the best things about this non-surgical facelift is that it’s relatively quick – and the results are visible instantly. Whereas some procedures can require days or weeks of recovery time, the gentle nature of this treatment means you’ll be looking younger within a couple of hours.

The treatment also has numerous other benefits besides giving your face a little refresher. Along with smoothing fine lines and wrinkles, it also stimulates collagen, a natural protein which helps to give skin its firmness.
People may also turn to CACA facial toning if they’ve suffered specific skin problems such as acne, acne scarring or conditions relating to sun-damage and dehydration.

And, of course, the positives of looking younger extend much further than enjoying looking at your reflection again. It’s a sad fact, but appearances matter more than ever at the moment, especially in the cut-throat jobs market. Recent research by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development found that young people took two-thirds of all jobs created in 2010, leaving older and middle-aged workers out in the cold.

Employers, it seems, want young, fresh and hungry staff to see them into the upturn. Although no expert would advocate lying about your age on a job application form, a youthful and fresh appearance at a job interview – to go along with your sparkling CV – certainly can’t do any harm in the current economic climate.

Many thanks to Isabella for taking the time to share about the benefits of facial toning!
