Sand Gone ($12.95) SAND GONE is a dry body powder that, when applied to sand covered skin, removes the sand and leaves the skin soft and smooth while feeling fresh and clean…The dry, white powder is both non-toxic and non-talc. It also contains a hint of coconut fragrance…It is like having a “dry shower” from a jar. In addition to removing the sand, Sand Gone also removes the salt from your skin after a day at the beach. No more uncomfortable “scratchy feeling” under clothing during the drive home.

After using Sand Gone, you will quickly find that it becomes one of those must-haves at the beach, sandlot or park. You will know to bring your sunblock and shades…but also your SAND GONE.

My Thoughts:

You all probably know being from California, I’m a total beach bum. I love the beach! The one thing I don’t like about the beach is when you leave to go home, all that sand that clings to you no matter how much you brush or hose it off. It’s quite annoying I tell you. Sand Gone is the answer to this problem. It’s a non-toxic and non-talc dry, white powder. The powder even smells like the beach! It has a very subtle sweet coconut fragrance that I love. The powder didn’t dry out my skin. Instead, my skin felt really soft afterward. Since my skin is on the tanned side, I was able to notice a white powdery residue. It’s not horrible. It just looked as if my skin was dry.

Sand Gone comes with a microfiber puff that you use to dip into the powder and brush the sand off with and poof! the sand is gone. It’s like magic! Now you see it, now you don’t. You can even wash the microfiber in your washer and dryer if needed. I haven’t washed mine yet so I can’t comment on well it holds up after being washed.

Sand Gone is a total must for beach goers especially for anybody who has to clean up kids who love sand. Bring it on sandy beaches. I’m ready for you this summer! Muahaha… (that’s my evil laugh if you couldn’t tell)
