I was sent 4 BB Creams to try: Skinfood Aloe Sun BB Cream, Lioele Dollish Veil Vita BB Cream, Lioele Beyond the Solution BB Cream, and Lioele Water Drop BB Cream.

Skinfood Aloe Sun BB Cream in No 2 Natural Skin ($15) Enriched with skin soothing aloe vera to soothe and moisturize dry and sensitive skin, Aloe Sun BB Cream also protects skin from premature aging and environmental stress with robust SPF 20. Skin feels softer and more hydrated immediately upon application. Skin appears flawless, luminous and even-toned for an air-brushed appearance.

My Thoughts:

Skinfood Aloe Sun BB Cream is a thick, creamy BB Cream that provides light to medium coverage (depends how much you layer on). Because it has a thick texture, you don’t need a lot to cover your whole face. Even thought the texture is thick, the bb cream feels very light and easily blendable. It’s not drying or oily. I really like how it brightened my complexion and gave it a healthy glow. It has a light perfume/soap scent that isn’t bothersome. It’s quite pleasant. The downside of the Skinfood Aloe Sun BB Cream is the shade. I have it in No. 2 Natural Skin, the darkest of the 2 shades available, and it still didn’t quite match my skin tone. I think it’s a little too pink for me. It was almost a perfect match, but I have more of a yellow undertone. Maybe when I get tanner it will work better. Another downside is you have to wait for the bb cream to oxidize to see its true color. When I first applied the bb cream and saw the pinkish white shade, I wanted to immediately remove it. However, I remembered most bb creams needed time to oxidize. After about 10-15, the whitish cast disappeared, and I was left with a darker shade that almost matched my skin tone.

Lioele Beyond the Solution BB Cream ($18) Need to have a clean and natural skin tone? Look no further than Lioele’s Beyond the Solution BB Cream. Beyond the Solution helps you skip a step by making base or foundation unnecessary! Crafted with bisaborol, allatoin, jojoba oil, macadamianut oil – to keep your skin moist and beautifully smooth!

My Thoughts:

I really like Lioele’s Beyond the Solution BB Cream. It’s very light and a little goes a long way. The texture is thick, but it’s creamy enough so you can blend easily. It provides a light to medium coverage that is buildable. It makes my skin look really good. It gives my face a smooth and brightening effect. There’s a light fresh, soft scent and I like it. The best part? The shade was a perfect match for my skin tone after it oxidized! Overall, I think it’s one of my favorite bb creams I have tried so far.

Lioele Dollish Veil Vita BB Cream in Gorgeous Purple($20) Corrects and helps skin imperfections while using six natural vitamins to protect your skin. Three in one function acts as a make-up base, BB cream, and a sunblock!

Designed to give you a matte finish while moisturizing and protecting your skin from alpha damage from UV rays. After application, Lioele’s Dollish Veil Vita BB Cream provides a brilliant radiant glow.

My Thoughts:

Lioele’s Dollish Veil Vita BB Cream isn’t like most bb creams. It’s a bb cream that changes color to match your own personal skin tone. When you first dispense it, it comes out white with a purplish tint. Don’t freak out! Just blend and you’ll see it slowly change color and match your skin tone. It’s pretty cool. The Dollish Veil Vita BB Cream didn’t match my skin tone perfectly, but it came pretty darn close! It does a great job of evening out your skin tone and giving you a matte, youthful doll-like look. The texture is very smooth making it easy to blend. It feels very light and has a light floral scent. This is perfect for people who’s skin color changes throughout the year (me!). You don’t have to buy multiple shades since this bb cream will match whatever your skin color may be.

Lioele Water Drop BB Cream ($22) Lioele Water Drop Blemish Balm Cream (SPF27/PA++) (50ml) is an exclusive lightweight moisturizing BB cream which makes your skin moist since it contains waterdrop!  It naturally covers the skin blemishes to create clean skin tone and keeps the skin soft for a long time without the glossiness.

My Thoughts:

Lioele Water Drop BB Cream is a light weight bb cream that doesn’t feel heavy, greasy, or thick. It provided light coverage, and I think that’s why it matched my skin tone very well. As you apply and blend the bb cream, it actually forms water droplets! And just like water, it felt very cool and refreshing. Even though it lacks coverage, it brightened my complexion. My face looked more awake.  The bb cream leaves a semi-matte finish. I needed to touch up mid-day. I think this is good for people who don’t want the look and feel of makeup but still want some coverage.
