Spring is here! Although it doesn’t feel like it. We’re still being hit with winter weather here, but that won’t stop me from switching to spring colors. For this spring, I wanted to focus on light creamy shades. 1. Zoya Heather – a creamy pale lilac shade. 2. Zoya Lianne – a creamy tangerine with gold flecks. Gotta sport the color of 2012 right? 3. Zoya Melanie – a creamy baby pink shade. 4. Zoya Shay – a creamy nude. What colors will you be wearing this spring?

I finally figured out how to get out of my usual hair-tied-up-into-ponytail routine: braids! Plus, braids is a good way for me to keep my pesky long bangs out of my face as I grow them out. What are your thoughts on braids? Do share! I’m sad to say that if you were subscribing to my blog through Google Friend Connect, it’s no longer working. Google has decided to no longer offer that option to non blogspot blogs. So sad. On the bright side, I added new options to follow me. Did you notice the new icons in the sidebar?

Valentine’s Day is almost here! Are you doing anything to celebrate? Personally, I’m not a big fan of the idea of Valentine’s Day. Shouldn’t you shower people with love and care everyday? That doesn’t mean I don’t like to get into the Valentine’s Day mood. One of my favorite things to do is paint my nails. I have an array of nail polish in pinks and reds, and I love to bust them out during the month of February.
