L’Oreal Hydrafresh Toner ($6.99) Let the beta-hydroxy of this gentle Hydra Fresh Toner sweep away dull, tired skin. It softens and refreshes your skin for a smoother and brighter complexion. Formula is dermatologist tested and 99% alcohol-free.
I really like the L’Oreal Hydrafresh Toner. It leaves my face feeling refreshed and moisturized. I also like that it doesn’t leave back any residue and is very gentle. It also doesn’t dry out your skin or leave it feeling tight. The toner does an awesome job of removing dirt and makeup and smells good. I would have to say this is one of my favorite toners I have ever used. Also, it cost a fraction of the price of high end brand toners and works better too! I highly recommend this to everybody who is looking for a gentle toner.
Boots No7 Beautifully Balanced Purify Toner ($7.99)

- Purifying toner helps skin look and feel beautifully healthy and clean
- Cools, refreshes and leaves skin shine free
- Recommended for oily or combination skin types
Boots No7 Beautifully Balanced Purify Toner is an okay toner. It’s not the best, but it’s not exactly bad. It doesn’t remove all of your makeup as it claims to do, but I do like the refreshing after feel. I find it is best to use in the morning when your face isn’t so gunky and dirty. Plus, the cool, refreshing feel will help wake you up. It’s a gel textured toner that doesn’t foam so you don’t have to wet your face prior to using. It’s not harsh nor does it have a strong scent. It’s great for sensitive skin.
Clean and Clear Daily Pore Cooling Toner ($6.49) I’m not sure if I’m imagining this or not, but I think this toner actually reduced the size of my pores. It also helped clear up the blackheads. What I really liked about this toner is that it didn’t burn or sting my skin nor did it leave it feeling dried out. I actually stocked up on this Clean and Clear toner because it was on sale and it’s being discontinued (or has been already). After I run out, it’s back to toner hunting.
