My Thoughts:

This is a double-sided mascara that doesn’t work that well. Well, the primer works really well. It gave my lashes lots of length. It’s the mascara I didn’t like. Major clumping and flaking! Such a mess! I had a really difficult time washing off the mascara. I ended up with under eye smudges I couldn’t wash off. Ugh! I didn’t toss the mascara because of the primer. You can use it as a base for other mascaras! It will work wonders for your lashes. It will go from oh…to OoOoo…lala.

My Thoughts:

If you’re looking for a way to enhance your lashes but not in an axtreme way, give Maybelline Lash Discovery Mini Brush Mascara a try. The small tiny brush allows you to reach and coat all your lashes – top and bottom. You’ll discover lashes you didn’t know you had! The mascara dries really fast. I mean fast. Even though a fast drying mascara is great when applying, it could mean the mascara itself will dry out quickly in the tube. The mascara isn’t the darkest black mascara, but it will do if you’re going for a natural look. I experienced no clumping and it held my curled lashes perfectly. Another great mascara byMaybelline.

My Thoughts:

Not great of a mascara as I was hoping for. It didn’t add any volume at all, but I did get some length. When I applied the mascara, my lashes would stick together. Also, the primer that is applied first turned the black colored mascara a greyish black. I also noticed little bits of  mascara flakes and smudges underneath my eyes at the end of the day. Not attractive at all.  It can’t hold a curl either because of the extra layers you have add layer on. It’s just too heavy. Save your money.

Loreal Double Extend Mascara ($10.95) I noticed a lot of length when I used Double Extend Mascara. However, it was so drying it caused major flaking. I also noticed a bit of a spidery leg effect. Removing the mascara was rather difficult and messy which proves how great the lasting power is. I wouldn’t buy this again because I prefer volume over length. I also don’t like dry lashes.

Loreal Telescopic Mascara ($10.59) I thought Loreal Telescopic Mascara was an okay mascara when I used it on its own. I noticed some lenghtening and volumizing, but nothing for me to rave about. When I used the Telescopic mascara with a voluminizing mascara (Maybelline Colossal Volum’ Express Mascara), holy cow the results! It made my lashes look so doll-like and fake. Fake in a good way. I discovered the best way to apply Telescopic mascara is not to zig-zag/wiggle the brush when applying it. That will just cause clumping. Instead, just apply the mascara normally minus the zig-zag/wiggle motion. Also, don’t let the mascara dry before applying another coat. Apply extra coats while it is still wet.

Covergirl Volume Exact Mascara ($7.99) Plump ‘em, don’t clump ‘em! VolumeExact’s flexible bristles with microchambers surround each lash, to plump and separate-for expressive volume.

My Thoughts:

I like Covergirl Volume Exact Mascara. It gives my lashes volume and seperates my lashes. No clumps or drying out my lashes! It washes off easily too. Covergirl Volume Exact Mascara is comparable to high end mascaras. The best part? You can always buy Covergirl during BOGO sales! Overall, it’s a good basic, everyday mascara.

My Thoughts:

I hate writing negative reviews, but it’s my duty to tell the truth. And the truth is, Revlon 3D Extreme mascara is horrible! I saw the sleek silver packaging, and I had the urge to have to buy it. I wish I never noticed it. It gave me dry, clumpy, spidery lashes. So much mascara was clumped onto the wand when I pulled it out. It was unbelievable. I couldn’t even see the bristles! A few hours after applying the mascara, I looked into the mirror to check on it. Masacara flakes all over my undereye. What makes it even worse is the mascara did nothing for my lashes. I didn’t notice any length or fullness. Save your money and stay away from Revlon 3D Extreme mascara.

Loreal Voluminous Mascara ($7.25) L’oreal Voluminous mascara sure does live up to its name. It delivered full, voluminous lashes. It lenghtens very little, which is fine by me because this is a volumizing mascara. The one thing I didn’t like about this mascara is when you pull out the wand and there is just so much product on the bristles. You not only have to wipe off the product at the tip of the wand, but you have to wipe off the excess on the bristles also. I didn’t experience any smudging or flaking. I got clumps when I applied one too many coats. Overall, a really good voluminous mascara.

My Thoughts:

I personally did not like this mascara at all. I found it really drying. As a result, I got major spidery lashes. I also got major clumping, because the mascara came out in globs. There was no way the weird looking brush could seperate my lashes. So, hello clumpville. To me, the mascara performed as if it was an old, dried up tube of mascara. It did nothing for my lahses except maybe darken them. It is just  really horrible.

My Thoughts:

Maybelline Sky High Curves is an okay mascara. It does hold a curl, but it didn’t give me the amount of length I was hoping for. It’s great for a daytime mascara. There were no clumps or overdrying of lashes. There was a tad bit of smudging at the end of the day, but it was nothing to freak out over. Sky High Curves just isn’t a wow! mascara for me. I heard Maybelline is discontinuing this mascara, so if you love it you better stock up befor it’s gone….
