My Thoughts:
I loaded up on these Maybelline Mineral Power lipsticks during a sale at Walgreens, and I’m so glad I did. It’s perfect for summer, because they provide a soft, sheer wash of color. Nothing too strong or bold. It’s not drying and there is no smell. Because it’s moisturizing, the color is not long lasting. The color slides right onto your lips and feels really light. For some reason, this lipstick remind me of a lip balm.

Neutrogena MoistureShine Lipstick with SPF 20 ($9.49) Available in 20 beautiful, full-color shades, Neutrogena® MoistureShine® Lipstick with SPF 20 delivers rich, creamy color while clinically restoring lips’ moisture. This exclusive formula, made with Brazilian Palm Butter, instantly boosts lips’ moisture by nearly 400% and also keeps lips moist for up to 8 hours. The natural butter formula glides on smoothly, and lip-defining color makes lips look fuller, smoother and healthier with regular use. Get true color that’s so moisturizing, you may no longer need a lip balm.
My Thoughts:
This lipstick doesn’t last for very long because it is a moisturizing lipstick. It gives a glossy finish that doesn’t leave your lips feeling sticky. The lipstick isn’t super pigmented, but I would say the pigmentation is pretty good. Definitely give Neutrogena MoistureShine Lipstick a try.

Loreal Colour Riche Lipstick ($8.99) There is a wide range of colors to choose from that are perfect for every day use. It has a creamy texture and glides right onto my lips. It isn’t long lasting, but it is moisturizing. I would repurchase these lipsticks, but they have a bad smell to them. I seem not to be able to get past the smell. It’s sort of a plastic, crayon smell.

Christy is wearing Moisture Extreme Lipcolor in Candied Apple.

Maybelline Moisture Extreme Lipcolor ($6.99) Active power of a lip balm provides deep moisturization for voluptuous lips drenched in color. 56 sumptuous shades across every shade family to complement all skin tones. Non-feathering and non-bleeding. SPF 15 protection.
My Thoughts:
This lipstick is very creamy and the color selection is amazing! A color for every look imaginable. It doesn’t last as long as long-wearing lipsticks, but the moisture it delivers to lips makes up for it. When it does fade, it leaves back a beautiful hint of color. Maybelline Moisture Extreme Lipcolor performs just as well as high end lipsticks, maybe even better.
