My Thoughts:
Eeee…! (That’s the sound of me squealing with excitement) LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! You have no idea how happy it makes me when a lip balm actually works. The Palladio Tinted Lip Balm is amazing! The lip balm is long lasting and moisturizing. The best part? It gives a pop of color to your lips at the same time. It’s a lip balm, lipstick, and lipgloss all rolled into one. Gotta love multi-purpose products.
Like I mentioned earlier, the lip balm provides long lasting moisture to your lips. It goes on very smoothly and doesn’t leave behind a waxy residue or texture like most lip balms do. The pigmentation of the tinted lip balm is wonderful also. They aren’t super pigmented like full finish lipsticks, but they aren’t super sheer. The shine the Palladio Tinted Lip Balm provides is also perfect. It’s not goopey and sticky like lipglosses. I would say the color and shine lasts about 2-3 hours. I also didn’t notice any strange scent or taste. I cannot give Palladio enough props for making this product. This shall go onto my favorite product list.

 Palladio Rice Paper Oil-Absorbing Blotting Tissue ($4 for 40 sheets) This very unique, oil-absorbing two-sided, tissue is made with Natural Rice which is much gentler for the skin compares to pulp. With added Rice Powder to eliminate shine and to leave skin feeling and looking smoother. Use to blot off excess oil that causes skin blemishes. The Matte side (without powder) is for blotting to absorb the excess oils and the powdered side is for finishing. Packaged in a pull out tissue component with the convenience of fitting in a purse.
My Thoughts:
I was pleasantly surprised I ended up really liking the Palladio Rice Paper Oil-Absorbing Blotting Tissue. I usually avoid blotting tissues with powder because (1) the powder never matches my skintone and (2) the powder gets everywhere. I did not run into either of those problems when using the Palladio Rice Paper Oil-Absorbing Blotting Tissue.
The Palladio’s blotting tissue is made of rice paper and is thicker than the blotting tissues I have used. It comes in a variety of shades so you don’t have to worry about the powder not matching your skintone. The paper is 2-sided: one side isn’t powdered and the other side is. You use the non-powered side to blot away the excess oil and the powdered side for finishing. The size of the blotting tissue and the way it is packaged and dispensed reminds me of the Silk Oil Blotting Paper I reviewed a few weeks back. It dispenses like tissue from a tissue box. You just pull on the top sheet and next sheet peeks out ready for use. You don’t have to worry about pulling out too many sheets at once.
I only have one minor complaint and that is the texture of the blotting tissue. It’s not the smoothest or softest blotting tissue I have used. However, it doesn’t bother me very much because it’s not like I am using it to wipe the oil off my face. I’m just blotting. I absolutely think the Palladio Rice Paper Oil-Absorbing Blotting Tissue is worth a try.

 St. Ives Whipped Silk Advanced Body Moisturizer ($10.99 for 18 oz.)
My Thoughts:
I love St. Ives Whipped Silk Advanced Body Moisturizer. I have this in the travel size, and is what you will always find in my purse or backpack. I love the light, fresh scent and the non greasy feel. It will leave your skin indeed feeling silky, smooth, and oh so soft all day long. The moisturizer really does look and feel whipped. It comes out thick, not watery. A fun little tid bit: the dispenser is star-shaped! I don’t recommend using this as your main body moisturizer for those cold, dry winter months. It’s too light and may not be creamy enough. Since I live in California, I can get away with using it all year long. Love it!

My Thoughts:
I really like the Clean and Clear Absorbing Sheets. You can always find them in my purse or backpack. I basically always have them with me. The sheets measure to be about 3.25 inches (8.3cm) in length and little over 2 inches (5.31cm) in width. I usually need only 1 sheet. But when my face is really oily, I need 2 sheets. The sheets are thick but not super thick. The sheets are also very soft but strong enough where they don’t rip after soaked with oil. When you use the sheets, it doesn’t smudge or remove your makeup or leave back any unwanted residues. The sheet changes color from dark blue to different levels of transparency depending how much oil is being absorbed. The more oil the sheet absorbs, the more transparent the sheet becomes. I like how strong and sturdy the packaging is. It takes quite a beating in my purse and backpack, but it has yet to fall apart. I also like how the tab slips into the slot. This keeps the flap from opening up and the sheets getting dirty. I do have some complaints. The first is after awhile and a certain amount of uses, the sticky tab loses its stickiness and can no longer grab onto a new sheet. You end up (at least I do) trying to grab a sheet with your fingers. It’s really difficult to separate the sheets with your fingers. Second, sometimes multiple sheets will come out at once, and it’s difficult to shove the extra sheets back into the packaging. You end up wasting 2-3 sheets. The third complaint is the price. Each sheet costs roughly almost 11 cents. To me, that is a bit expensive. Overall, I’ll keep buying them because they work and they are probably the best I’ve ever used.

I actually brought Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion + Sunscreen SPF15 with me on my trip to Australia. I’m glad I did because I needed all the SPF I could get since it was summer in Australia. Unlike the Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion, Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion + Sunscreen SPF15 has a less watery consistency, but it still has a thin consistency. If you hold the lotion up close to your nose, you can detect a slight herbal, natural smell. The texture of the lotion is very light and non-greasy and is quickly absorbed into your skin. After it is quickly absorbed, the lotion leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth. A little goes a long way so I can see a 4 oz. bottle lasting a couple of months. Even though you can use this lotion on your body and face, I only used it on my body, because lotions with SPF tend to leave my face looking a little shiny. The only downside of the Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion + Sunscreen SPF15 is the $25 price tag. However, if you’re looking for a natural lotion with sunscreen, Skin MD Natural Shielding Lotion + Sunscreen SPF15 is worth it.
