My Thoughts:
For the past several months, my face has become super oily and shiny by lunch time and this is after I blotted mid-morning. I needed something to help control the shine so I turned to Skindinavia’s No More Shine. Skindinavia’s No More Shine is a setting spray that controls oil and shine. The spray is very light weight and feels refreshing. There was no unpleasant smell nor did it ruin my makeup. It didn’t dry out my skin or leave behind a sticky feel. No More Shine didn’t keep my face matte all day like I was hoping, but it did cut down on the amount of times I had to blot to just once in the afternoon. Even though the setting spray didn’t keep me matte, it did keep my makeup in place all day long. I didn’t have to worry about doing a mid-day makeup touch-up. Overall, I wouldn’t use Skindinavia’s No More Shine as a way to prevent oil and shine. Instead, I would use it as a way to keep my makeup looking fresh and lasting all day.

 Make Up For Ever Full Coverage Concealer ($30) An ultra long-lasting, matte finish, oil-free, waterproof, full coverage concealer. Designed to cover major imperfections like scars, hyperpigmentation, major discoloration, burns, and tattoos. This light and creamy concealer contains a high concentration of pigments that stay put, making it perfect for use on the face, as well as the body.
My Thoughts:
This concealer does live up to it’s name. It does provide full coverage. The tiniest dot of this concealer will cover so much. You’ll be surprised. I know what you’re wondering. Is it really worth $30? I think so. I’ve been using the Full Coverage concealer for a year, and I still have a lot of product left. I love that it’s a squeeze tube with a tiny opening because you are guaranteed to never squeeze out too much product and see your money spent on the product go down the drain. The concealer is a like a thick cream, but blends very easily. The only complaint I have when my skin is on the oily side it doesn’t last all day. It’ll last a whole work day, but if you’re going out after wards, you’ll need a touch up.

My Thoughts:
Make Up For Ever’s Face and Body Liquid Foundation does a great job of evening out your skintone. The foundation is a water based gel that gives your complexion a glow. Also, the foundation blends very easily to create a flawless finish. The foundation is light and doesn’t provide a lot of coverage, but it does last all day. The coverage reminds me of a tinted moisturizer but slightly heavier. It feels very light and doesn’t accentuate dry spots or flakes. Don’t be alarmed at the weird texture. It’s suppose to look jelly-like. Just shake the bottle and it’s ready to be used.

I am so glad I brought this with me on my Vegas trip this past summer. Going to Vegas during the summer is basically hanging out in an oven all day and night long with people pushed up against you 24/7. It’s a major sweatfest. Wearing makeup isn’t practical. It will just slide right off your face as soon as you step out of the hotel, but you have to wear some makeup if you’re going to hit up all the Vegas hot spots right? Enter Skindinavia Dance! Makeup Finish. I cannot tell you how thankful I am for Skindinavia Dance! Makeup Finish. This finishing spray kept my makeup in place and intact from the moment I stepped outside the hotel until I returned in the wee hours of the early morning. My Thoughts:
I am so glad I found the Stila One Step Correct. Instead of having to buy green, yellow/peach, and purple correctors, it’s all in one bottle! Plus, it’s a primer! It helped with evening out skintone , brightening your complexion, and oil control. When I applied the corrector, I noticed a pleasant cooling feeling. It was quite relaxing. The subtle shimmer the corrector has helped create a healthy glow. I love how it feels so light and is absorbed very quickly. It doesn’t feel like other primers on the market. It’s more of a gel-like serum. It’s a pricey primer, but a little goes a long way.
