Benefit Poisetint ($28) The cheekiest flush you can get from a bottle. Our petal-pink stain plants a kiss of see-through tint on cheeks & lips. With hours of smudge-proof, just-picked perfection, you’ll be the prettiest bloom in the bunch!
My Thoughts:
I prefer Poisetint to the Benetint by a landslide. It’s a creamier formula compared to the water-based formula of the Benetint. I also like the rosy pink color more too. I can use this on my lips, unlike Benetint, and not worry about it drying out my lips as long as I moisturize first. Since it’s creamier, I find it easier to spread and blend. You still have to work quickly because it is a stain. I’m sure I won’t have to repurchase this stain for a long time because a little goes a long way and there is quite a bit in the bottle.

Benefit Benetint ($28) It’s the original and still the best rose-colored cheek and lip tint. Kiss-proof and water-proof, this indelibly sheer tint gives you an innocent, yet provocative glow that will keep everyone guessing “what has she been up to?”
My Thoughts:
I prefer to use this as a blush instead of lip tint. As a blush, it gives my cheeks a fresh natural glow that I don’t have to worry about fading. Because it is a stain, you have to work quickly. Just place about three dots on each cheeck and blend. As a lip tint, it dries out my lips. It’s a thin, watery formula that dries unevenly and settles into the lines of my lips. No matter how much I buff, moisturize, and exfoliate my lips it somehow manages to make my lips looked dry even thought it’s not. I think it’s best to use this as a blush. If you want a lip stain, I recommend Benefit Benetint Lip Balm SPF 15 or Stila Lip and Cheek Stain.

Stila Lip and Cheek Stain ($24)
Stila makes the lip and cheek stain in two colors: cherry crush and pomegranate crush. Cherry is a lighter color compared to pomegranate. It is easy to apply. It is also buildable depending on how dark/light you want it. I suggest applying a little bit at a time to allow the stain to absorb into your lips and then layering on more to achieve the color desired.

Benefit Benetint Lip Balm SPF 15 ($20) It’s the original and still the best rose-colored cheek and lip tint. Kiss-proof and water-proof, this indelibly sheer tint gives you an innocent, yet provocative glow that will keep everyone guessing “what has she been up to?”
My Thoughts:
I LOVE this lip stain. It’s the most moisturzing lip stain I have ever used. Most lip stains will dry out your lips. Not Benetint Lip Balm. The packaging could be better. I don’t enjoy having to use a lip brush or fingers (don’t forget to wash fingers after applying!) to apply. It provides a pretty light, cherry-colored tint to your lips.
