Do you remember last week I shared this photo on facebook and twitter? I promised you I would show you how to do a French manicure. Well, here it is! The third holiday look created was inspired by none other Jenny Hunphfrey/Taylor Momsen of Gossip Girl. This look is for the person who isn’t into all the glitter and sparkles or for the person who isn’t into all the holiday hoopla but still has to go the parties and celebration. Here is my take on Little J’s/Taylor Momsen’s look. I know she usually sports heavier black eye makeup, but I decided to lighten it up a bit. I didn’t want to look like I was sporting 2 black panda eyes.
